Zoning Board Agenda for March 16, 2017

The Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting at the Public Services Administration Building on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 7:30pm.  You can see it live on The Needham Municipal Channel, which is Channel 99 on Comcast, Channel 13 on RCN and Channel 30 on Verizon Fios. Here is the agenda for the meeting:

Zoning Board of Appeals Charles River Room, Public Services Administration Building 500 Dedham Avenue, Needham, MA THURSDAY, March 16, 2017  – 7:30PM

Case #1  – 7:30 PM     Public notice is hereby given that Welocke Development Corporation, Owner, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 6.1.2, 7.2, 7.5.2, and any other applicable Sections of the By-law to add a third garage space to be located in the existing detached accessory structure. Two other garage spaces are located in an attached garage (currently under construction). The property is located at 40 Ardmore Road, Needham, MA in the Single Residential B District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held in the Charles River Room, Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Avenue, Needham, MA, on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at which time and place all persons interested may appear and be heard.

Case #2 – 7:30 PM     Public notice is hereby given that Elite Home Builders, LLC, Owner, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 6.1.2, 7.2, 7.5.2, and any other applicable Sections of the By-law to add a third garage bay. The property is located at 15 Pleasant Street, Needham, MA in the Single Residential B District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held in the Charles River Room, Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Avenue, Needham, MA, on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at which time and place all persons interested may appear and be heard.

Case #3 – 7:45 PM     Public notice is hereby given that Westview Partners LLC, Prospective Purchaser, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 1.4.6, 1.4.7, 7.5.2, 6.1.2, and any other applicable Sections of the By-law to allow the replacement of the existing 3-family dwelling with a 2-family dwelling, meeting all dimensional requirements, and construction of a detached two-car garage. The property is located at 7 Trout Pond Lane, Needham, MA in the Single Residential B District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held in the Charles River Room, Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Avenue, Needham, MA, on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 7:45 p.m. at which time and place all persons interested may appear and be heard.
