I don’t think anyone can argue that this year, we have spent way too much time in front of glowing screens. The Needham Youth and Family Services department has long campaigned for reducing technology time in favor of more time being present with those around you. That goal faces extra challenges in light of the pandemic and the distracting nature of life in a multiple-device household. They teamed up with the Needham Park and Recreation Department and the Greater Boston YMCA to create a calendar that will have you a little more mindful of your time online and a little more engaged in the friends and family you love.
