MBTA Neighborhood Walking Tours

In an effort to get the word out to Town Meeting members about the potential impact of the zoning changes proposed to comply with the MBTA Communities Law, members of the Planning Board and the Needham Housing Coalition led three walking tours this summer. Highlighting buidings that already serve as multi-family dwellings, these walks strive to share good information while the deliberations take place ahead of the October 2024 Special Town meeting
