It was a mellow evening for the Needham Planning Board. They took time to get an official update on the Envision Needham Center project and spoke with Carys Lustig about how those changes might interact with their hopes to stimulate growth in the town center through future zoning initiatives. They also reacted to an engineering report on a proposed large scale apartment development on West Street, setting the stage for adopting their decision at the next meeting.
