A lot of ground was covered at this session of the Needham Planning Board, as discussion centered around the Zoning By-law changes that would be necessary in order to make a new school at the Pollard site feasible. The board also spoke in depth about a case due to head to the Zoning Board of Appeals on December 18th. Due to a crowded December schedule, the Needham Channel was unable to cover the meeting, but it was recorded and shared through the Zoom meeting platform.
