While the Needham Channel was unable to provide coverage of the Planning Board, they recorded the session on Zoom Meetings. It was a night of Town Meeting prep, as the board wrestled with three articles, one concerning the Pollard Construction project, one adjusting rules for Accessory Dwelling Units, and one modifying for Apartments, to aid in the expansion of North Hill.
