Needham Planning Board, 3/4/26


The Planning Board met with resistance at the public hearing held to discuss the proposals made by the Large House Review Study Committee ahead of the May 2026 Town Meeting. At times contentious, those gathered spoke mostly against the four proposed articles that would limit the size of houses built in the Residential B zoning districts. The public input portion was closed at the end of the evening, but debate on what action to take still lies ahead at future meetings.
