The owners of 106 Falcon Road have applied for an Appeal of a Building Inspector Decision concerning construction of a single-family house at 98 Falcon Street. The appellants allege that the construction presents violations of the side yard setback requirement, the floor area ratio requirement, and concerns relating to stormwater management.
