After more than three decades of service, including two-thirds of that time as Needham’s first-ever Town Manager, Kate Fitzpatrick is getting ready to drive somewhere other than Town Hall. Municipal Producer Yuxiao Yuan sat down with her to talk about her career, her reflections on local government, and a few things you might not know about her outside the job.
