Don’t worry–there was no failing this test. The town is looking to make outdoor dining a permanent feature in the community and it is looking to you to help define the rules that would make this a reality. The first step was a survey that sought to gather together the guiding principles for the practice. The results were shared with us by Amy Haelsen, the Needham Economic Development Manager.
