There always seems to be a little shuffle in the weeks before the Needham Town meeting. As people get ready to prepare for the annual event, some articles get changed, some dropped, and all town meeting members try to keep on top of these changes. With several articles originally scheduled to appear on the Town Meeting warrant centering around the Needham Housing Authority, municipal producer Yuxiao Yuan wanted to check in to see what was likely to make it to the floor.
