A new project was proposed at the Planning Board meeting on Tuesday night that may reshape the way you look at Central Avenue. The property owners for the lot where Pannella’s Market is are hoping to revitalize the corner with new retail and housing options. It is a plan that was warmly received by the board. They also continued deliberating the fate of the former Muzi site. The video is available for viewing below:

Proposal to redevelop the property to include 155 units of senior housing,
consisting of 127 Assisted Living apartments and 28 Alzheimer’s/Memory Care units.
