The Needham Planning Board held a special session through Zoom on Friday, November 17th. The bulk of the meeting was spent discussing possible zoning for solar initiatives throughout town, but also incorporated discussion on the medical building being proposed for Highland Avenue. Request to demolish the five existing buildings on the property and build a single two-story 50,000 square feet Medical Office Building (25,000 square feet footprint) with two levels of parking (one at-grade and one below grade) totaling two hundred and fifty (250) spaces.
