At this meeting, the select board discussions centered on patriotism and pride. First they had a visit from the State Champion Girls Swim and Dive team. They also held a public hearing on whether to locally observe Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples Day or both, and considered changes to the rules for flying American flags.
