It was a night of preparation as the Planning Board heard from the Town Manager on the timeline that might be invoked by a successful bid for a referendum vote on zoning on the MBTA Communities act approved last month by Town Meeting. They also worked out the final details on a decision regarding subdividing a lot on Riverside Street and Highland Avenue.
