Although we are only halfway through this fiscal year, it is already time to discuss the budget for the next one. During its regular meeting on November 26th, Town Manager Kate Fitzpatrick initiated the budget discussions by presenting the capital projects proposed by town departments for FY26-30. This time of the year is also an opportunity to reflect on and review the work accomplished over the past year. Chief John Schlittler updated the board on the department’s hiring progress, while Town Counsel Chris Heep provided an overview of the legal services he has delivered this year.
