Needham Planning Board, 7/22/25

Following on the heels of the passage of Needham’s MBTA Communities Zoning changes, the owners of the former Avery Crossing site approached the board with a concept plan for redeveloping the property. Still at an early stage, the intention would be to tear down the existing structure, and replace it with rental units from studio apartments to those with up to three bedrooms. The board also discussed how to get more planning time integrated into their future meetings.
