It was a two topic meeting for the Planning Board. First they consulted with the Large House Review Committee to preview their findings ahead of the planned September 15 public meeting. They also started reviewing the zoning in place in Needham Town Center with an eye toward revising the rules and stimulating growth sometime in the near future.
