The third session of Needham Town Meeting was an ambitious one, as moderator Michael Fee donned his infamous bow tie, signaling that the end of Town Meeting was near. First, however, members had to work through a few contentious articles, including citizens petitions addressing Envision Needham Center, the town manager’s contract reporting obligations and even the actions of the federal government. There were lots of interesting moments that pushed what the body could and could not do, and, of course, a measure of levity, as well. So grab a snack (or two) and hit play!
