It was an aspirational session for the Needham Planning Board, as their main public hearing got postponed until their next meeting. This gave the board time to discuss their goals for the year, and how they would like to approach key projects. First off was continuing the conversation on parking requirements for Needham businesses, with a lengthy conversation on the future of the “Large House” by-laws as well.
