The Needham Select Board met on June 9th with several items on the agenda. Most Notably, there was a board discussion on the appointment process. There was also comments from MEPA on the Campus at 128 Environmental Notification Form. The Select Board heard a presentation on another update on the Pollard Middle School Project as it nears the end of the Schematic Design Phase. There was a Public Hearing for Water and Sewer Rates. Board members also heard a presentation regarding Stormwater Regulations. The new Treasurer and Tax Collector was introduced to the Board. At the beginning of the meeting, several Needham Residents talked during the Public Hearing Period and Select Board members stated the Juneteenth Proclamation.
