The Needham Planning Board met on September 1st, the Public Hearing regarding the two Zoning By-Law Amendments was cancelled and rescheduled for the Planning Board’s next meeting on September 15th. To prepare for the Public Hearing, Board Members reviewed the Draft Zoning Article Exhibits, making revisions where they deemed necessary. During the meeting, members also made a decision on the Major Project Site Plan Review Special Permit regarding The Hickory Club’s request for the operation of a private membership-based indoor golf and performance club at the location of 117 Kendrick St in Needham. They also discussed a Condition Timeline Extension Request from the Boston Children’s Hospital’s Needham location, regarding a request to extend the timeline to complete the 4th Avenue Traffic Signal Warranty Analysis.
