The Needham School Committee met on September 15th, their first meeting for the 2026 – 2027 school year. Discussion items of note include the presentation and following discussion on the Athletics Sustainability Review, as well as, the Update to the Pollard Middle School Project. There was also a 2026 – 2027 Opening of School Update Presentation. School Committee Members also voted to approve the Fiscal Year 2028 Budget Guidelines, the Stephen Palmer Property Transition MOA, and the MOA between the Needham School Committee and the Needham Education Association regarding the Unit D Contract.
