Up for a game of Frisbee?

What could be better than a leisurely game of frisbee this summer? Granted it might be hard to beat, but not everyone would find the game to be…relaxing or laid back. In fact, for some, frisbee is the ultimate competitive sport. We caught up with the Needham High School’s head coach for the girls Ultimate Frisbee team and talked about what makes her squad so special, and how they became the state’s top team.
