The School Committee received an update on the Pollard Middle School building project and reached a consensus in favor of constructing a new Grade 6-8 school that includes an auditorium. Superintendent Dan Gutekanst also presented a proposal to exchange land between the School Committee and the Park and Recreation Commission, should Defazio Park be selected as the site for the new school.
