The Needham Planning Board met on July 7th with several items on the agenda. Most notably, there was a lengthy review and discussion regarding the Large House Zoning Regulartory Framework. This included the Building Height Requirements, Front Yard Setback Requirements, and the Half Story Floor Area Requirements in the Single Residence B District. They also briefly went over a Special Permit Application that had been recieved by the Zoning Board of Appeals during their meeting on June 16, 2026. Planning Board Members approved the minutes from previous meetings. Lastly, the Board Members each presented their reports before adjourning.
