The Needham Select Board met for their regularly scheduled session, but not in their usual location on October 11th. Instead, they met upstairs in Powers Hall to accommodate a joint meeting with representatives of the Needham Planning Board and the Affordable Housing Plan Committee. It was all part of their effort to organize their thoughts heading into the Special Town Meeting on October 24th. It was a lengthy session for the board encompassing a wide variety of topics.
