January is typically the time when the town gets its budget prepared for the year ahead. But in order to do that a whole year’s worth of work and preparation has to take place. The Select Board was confronted with a piece of that this week as they heard about the tax levy for 2023. They also continued to look at the Capital Improvement Plan for 2024-2028 and dealt with the policies around capital purchases, as well.
