Needham Planning Board, 2/7/23


The Planning Board met on Tuesday, February 7th for a full session, but their anticipated workload was lightened by the withdrawal of the existing application for the building that once housed Avery Manor and Avery Crossings. They asked that the withdrawal be made without prejudice so that a new proposal might be posed to them in the near future, anticipated to be May 2023. However, the board still had plenty to talk about, as they continued to pull together the correct language for articles that would hopefully appear before Town Meeting this May.
