Technical difficulties plagued the Needham Channel coverage of this meeting, but we are able to present the full session. The Needham Planning Board had a full agenda heading into the night. At this meeting, several long-term projects were put to rest with the board, which came to agreements on the Wingate project and the medicinal marijuana dispensary special permit.
