It was all about the numbers as the Select Board sat down for their meeting on Tuesday. In addition to getting a rundown of the projects that were worked upon and completed by the Needham DPW, they had their first crack at the Town Manager’s FY2025 budget, which will be tweaked and eventually adopted at the May Town meeting.
