A public hearing on proposed changes at the Needham High School tennis courts had to be postponed until April 2nd, which took much of the wind out of the sails for this meeting. Still, the board was able to get a lot accomplished, acknowledging a land deal between neighbors, and finalizing the wording on the new solar power bylaw which will be presented to the Select Board, and then Town Meeting.
