At times congenial, at others contentious, the Planning Board had a lot to discuss at their August 14th meeting, the main portion of the meeting was dedicated to ironing out the final details of the town’s response to the MBTA Communities Law. However, it was the return to the town’s own initiative to address the ‘large house’ phenomenon that sparked the most debate during the meeting.
