On the heels of Town Meeting, project planners wasted no time in getting the proposal for the Jack Cogswell building in front of the Planning Board. But concerns about traffic may have them tapping the brakes. They also spoke with BID Needham about the possibility of expanding valet parking onto two of its’ Oak Street properties. They are in the early stages of figuring out whether the use of those lots is worth the expense as they hope to manage their expansion in Needham.
