The Planning Board fit a lot into their evening as they met in the last week of August. They started work on the proposal of a private indoor golfing club near the Newton border, and came to a conclusion on using pesticides on Charles River Road, but the main part of their evening was spent contemplating the future of BID in Needham as the hospital continues to grow. Short term they approved plans for a valet parking lot, but the groundwork is being laid to expand BID services across Chestnut Street sometime in the near future.
