The Needham Planning Board met on August 4th with several items on the agenda. They began the meeting with a Public Hearing for a property on 636 Charles River Street, requesting to apply herbicide for non-domestic, non- agricultural uses. Next, Board members voted to refer both the Large House Zoning Article for the Building Height Requirements in the Single Residence B District and the Zoning Article for the Half Story Floor Area Requirements in the Single Residence B District to the Select Board, after having several lengthy discussions during previous meetings. They also discussed three cases going to the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on August 20th.
