Two items dominated the evening at this session of the Planning Board. They continued their contemplation of the proposed development at 100-110 West Street, the former Avery Crossings, bringing it a step closer to becoming a reality. They also talked about possible zoning changes for the downtown Needham Center business district with the owner of Tin Rabbit.
