The board spent the majority of the evening hearing the presentation of the final recommendations of the Large House Review Study Committee, who are proposing a number of articles this May that may limit the size of new houses in town. They also forwarded potential new bylaws regarding Accessory Dwelling Units and the North Hill expansion project to the Select Board. They also gave permission for extended demolition hours, on a limited basis, for the 100-110 West street project.
