Case #2 – 123 Pickering Street Continued from February 13, 2020
Applicant seeks a Special Permit for the demolition, extension, alteration, enlargement and reconstruction of the lawful, pre-existing, non-conforming two-family dwelling to be replaced by a new two-family structure.
They have requested for a continuance to April 30, 2020.

Case #3 – 350 Cedar Street
The applicant seeks a Special Permit to allow the installation of an 80 kilowatt shared industrial diesel powered emergency generator, with a concrete pad and bollards. The generator is to provide backup power for existing and future wireless communications tenants.
