Emery Grover Renovation Proposal Update

At the upcoming Special Town Meeting on October 25th, Town Meeting members will be asked to fund a sum of approximately $1.5 million for the engineering and design of the renovation of the Emery Grover building. The building currently provides space for the district’s administration and operations department.

At the School Committee meeting on Tuesday, October 5th, Superintendent Dr. Dan Gutekanst presented an updated renovation proposal, which lowered its total estimated cost of the entire project from $28 million to $21 million.
