Needham Planning Board, 9/7/22

The Needham Planning Board held two public hearings in Powers Hall on September 7th. One hearing looked at a possible future for the Muzi site, and the other weighed the language of warrant articles that could lead to the establishment of brew pubs and microbreweries in Needham. Both had residents of the Needham Heights turning out in large numbers. This program is currently available for viewing in the window below.

Needham Bank, Petitioner
Proposal to convert the existing bank building mezzanine space into executive offices, as well as demolish the existing drive-thru free-standing ATM and to construct a 321 SF drive-up teller building with an ATM.
