Zoning Board of Appeals, 8/13/25

The Zoning Board of Appeals approved all three applications on its August 13 meeting agenda, including one for an at-home art tutoring business. The meeting is currently available for viewing in the window below:

Case #1 – 62 Kimball Street
Douglas Sherman, Applicant, applied for a Special Permit to allow for an additional third garage.

Case #2 – 136-140 Hillside Avenue
Greg Keshishyan, applicant, applied for a Special Permit to permit the demolition and reconstruction of a non-conforming two-family dwelling to be replaced by a new two-family structure.

Case #3 – 10 Riverside Street
Arthur and Anna Deych, applicants, seek a Special Permits for a private school, as well as a Special Permit to waive strict adherence with the off-street parking requirements and any other applicable section of the Zoning By-Law to permit art instruction at the residential property.
