It was a different setting for the Planning Board, but it was conducive to a productive night, as they laid out the course for addressing the “Large House” by-laws that didn’t quite make it onto the Special Town Meeting agenda in May. They also received a report looking at the parking requirements in effect in the business districts, in anticipation of proposing adjustments to those bylaws at a future town meeting.
