Case #2 – 14 Mann Avenue
Resident has applied for a Special Permit to allow additional garage space. The request is for an addition of an attached third bay garage with exercise room to an existing single-family structure.

Case #3 – 22 Rockwood Lane
Residents have applied for a Special Permit to allow an additional garage space. The request is associated with the demolition and replacement of a single-family structure with a new single-family structure with an attached three-car garage.

Case #4 – 140 Cabot Street
A developer has applied for a Special Permit to allow the installation of an emergency diesel generator associated with an existing wireless communication facility.

Case #5 – 300 Second Street
A developer has applied for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to allow the construction of a fenced in dog park for residents of the Lofts at Charles River Landing, to reduce the number of off-street parking spaces, to relocate components of the irrigation system, to remove curbing, to convert existing asphalt parking pavement to previous surface, and to install artificial grass turf, benches, dog park obstacles and signage.
