Resident has applied for a Special Permit to allow an additional garage space. The request is for the addition of a new attached two-car garage to an existing single-family structure with an already existing attached two-car garage.
Case #2 – 73 Highland Avenue
A developer has applied for a Special Permit for a restaurant with an additional catering and take-out operation as well as to waive strict adherence to the parking requirements.
Case #3 – 300 Second Street
A developer has applied for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to allow the construction of a fenced in dog park for residents of the Lofts at Charles River Landing, to reduce the number of off-street parking spaces, to relocate components of the irrigation system, to remove curbing, to convert existing asphalt parking pavement to previous surface, and to install artificial grass turf, benches, dog park obstacles and signage.
