The Zoning Board of Appeals welcomed a new member to their ranks on January 20, 2022. New associate member Nik Ligris faced a full agenda for his debut. Case #1 – 646 Webster Street Continued from November 18, 2021 and December 16, 2021
The applicants seek a Special Permit to allow the demolition and reconstruction of the lawful, pre-exiting, non-conforming two-family dwelling and garage, replacing it with a new two-family dwelling with two new single-car detached garages. The property is located in the Single Residence B (SRB) District.

Case #2 – 1132 Highland Avenue
The applicant seeks a Special Permit to establish an after-school enrichment program for 25 students, kindergarten to 5th grade with two staff persons and to waive strict adherence to parking and parking design requirements. The subject property in the Single Residence B (SRB) District.

Case #3 – 32 Mark Lee Road
The owners have appealed a decision of a Building Inspector determining that a proposed addition and garage do not comply with setback requirements of the Zoning By-law. The subject property is a corner lot in the Single Residence B (SRB) District.
