The applicant seeks a Special Permit to allow one additional garage space. This request is associated with the demolition and reconstruction of a new single-family home with an attached garage. The subject property in the Single Residence B (SRB) District.

Case #3 – 473 High Rock Street
The owner has applied to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit to allow a lawful, pre-existing, non-conforming building to be altered, enlarged or reconstructed. This request is associated with the demolition and reconstruction of an existing detached single garage with a new detached single garage. The subject property is a corner lot in the Single Residence B (SRB) District.
