Case #1 – 180 Laurel Drive
The applicants applied for a Special Permit to allow the construction of an attached two-car garage and to alter and maintain a pre-existing legal non- conforming garage. The property is located in the Single Residence B (SRB) District.

Case #2 – 150 Gould Street
Gordon’s Fine Wines of Needham, Inc has applied for a Special Permit to transfer the Special Permit dated July 11, 2019 from Bakers’ Best, Inc. to the applicant. The property is located in the Industrial-1(IND-1) District.

Case #3 – 54 Pheasant Landing Road
The owner has applied for a Special Permit Amendment to allow the construction of a detached single-car garage. The property is located in the Single Residence A (SR-A) District.
