The Zoning Board of Appeals met on November 17th with three matters ahead of them; two cases and an update on the town’s electronic filing system. Case #1 – 12 Clarke Road
The applicant seeks a Special Permit to allow one additional garage space on the lot. TThis request is associated with the new construction of a four-bay garage with parking and fitness on the first floor, and storage on the second floor. The property is located in the Single Residence A (SR-A) District.

Case #2 – 69 High Street
The owner has applied allow the addition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to a pre-existing non-conforming structure. The property is located in the Single Residence B (SR-B) District.
