Zoning Board of Appeals – 2/16/23

At the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on February 16th, it was all about the ADUs. Two cases came before them that evening with the hopes of taking advantage of the existing rules in place that allow Accessory Dwelling Units. That meeting is currently available for viewing in the window below:

The owner has applied for a Special Permit to allow the addition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to a single-family residence. The property is located in the Single Residence B (SR-B) District.

Case #2 – 50 Morningside Road
The owners have applied for a Special Permit to allow the addition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to a single-family residence. The property is located in the Single Residence B (SR-B) District.
